You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your name and payment ID. Once the book has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
If your book arrives damaged, with missing or misprinted pages, or if you receive the wrong title, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the book and the package. We will send a replacement at no extra cost, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Because our books are printed to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind once a book has been delivered.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. The time for the amount to show in your account depends on your bank.
