This policy explains what information Clinica Publication collects when you buy a book or contact us, and how it is used.
Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, which you enter at checkout or send us on WhatsApp or email. Payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway; we do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
Only to process and deliver your order, send you order and dispatch updates, and answer your queries. We share your name, phone number and address with our courier partner so that the book can be delivered.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Razorpay payment page may use cookies needed to complete a payment securely.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to the contact details below.
